Cousin Brother Week

Link spent New Years week in LA, making what we hope to be some new family traditions.

We had many a fabulous dinners together. Here's shabbat latke dinner. Lil' Emers is already asleep. Link is such a big kid that he got to participate.

Google Express bags mark our arrival to neighbors. In Rachels words, 'can we not do anything for ourselves?' The answer is a resounding no. In addition to multiple Express bags per day, we also used UberX to shuttle pack n plays between Grandparent houses.

Quick walk to the beach for sunet. Family snuggles, we think 50 degrees is quite cold.

10,000 steps running after little man + 26 pounds of lifting and throwing = one gym workout

Ben, Rachel, and Emet time!
Starting international cuisines early. Judging by the floor, Emet's not a fan.

The perfect work day. No meetings, working from Cafe Demitasse sipping liquid lavendar chocolate

A special toddler park just for Link in West Hollywood. Lucky for Link it's Emet approved and ready with sand toys.

We weren't quite ready for the amount of sand returning home with Link.

Baby bath time can't get any cuter than this tub. Not pictured? 8 adults behind Ben and Rachel with camera phones and ipads.

Hanging in Emet's hood.

How do the boys play together? Well, they don't really. There's some throwing of toys, a bit of head grabbing, and the occasional freakout when their favorite parent is spotted with the cousin. For now, the closeness in age is a huge perk for parents. We can use the same accessories, from high chairs to cribs to diapers to food.
Truely a music filled week full of culture...

And phones. Lots of phones.

Oh good, back to music. And not the ring tone variety.
Corey and Rox hanging with Link

Colder than it looks. This California baby is shivering!

Cousin Brother time! Lynn is getting quite the workout

Oh so classy, Emet wearing a bib. Link's parents prefer efficiency and just strip him. You'll notice matching contigo water bottles, and scotch doubles.

Stealing some Pop/baby time.

Oranges everywhere! We filled our suitcase.

It's true, he does fit under the seat in front of us.

We can keep him out of the seat in front of us if we bring enough puffs.
