Happy 17 months Link! You're a full fledged toddler. A glimpse into your life at 17 months:
- Buttons
- You love buttons, it was one of your first words. You go crazy for the phone, ipad, laptop, etc. Even light switches. But you're not allowed to use these things.
- The only TV you've ever watched was parts of the superbowl. You love Katy Perry.
- Your screen time is limited to FaceTime, during which your lunge for the device and try to press the red button continuously.
- Reading
- You insist we read to you constantly, frequently the same book 20+ times in a row.
- You have strong opinions regarding book selection. You'll point, flail, and push the wrong book away.
- Your favorites books:

- Milk, 4 oz morning and evening.
- Water, you love your contigo water bottle. Or mine. You won't drink out of anything else. When you drink, you chug. And you get very upset if the straw isn't attached correctly.
- Blueberries, we can't buy enough (aka baby crack)
- Graham crackers (aka baby crack)
- Cherries
- Basil chicken
- Pouches of vegetables
- Steamed carrots
- Smoked salmon
- Salmon
- Ikura
- Bagels and cream cheese
- ...ketchup. this is new, and annoying.

- You get frustrated when redirected but are easily distracted
- Babyproofing
- You destroyed the microwave (turned it on and it overheated) and dishwasher (something got past the drain filter).
