Cast Life

It's been almost a week in a cast and Link is surprisingly handling it very well. He doesn't complain about the cast except at bath time, and is generally the happy baby he's always been.

So how do we spend our days?  Well in addition to the basketball you saw in last week's post Link also learned to play t-ball, blow bubbles, mold playdoh, and scoot his butt across the floor.

Last weekend we spent time with my family in Pine Mountain Club, where we found an airbnb for two nights. My dad and mom came up, along with Ben and Rachel and Emet. Link absolutely loves his cousin so it was nice that we got to spend the weekend with the family.

Link normally loves books, but with the cast they are his #1 source of entertainment.

As is watching Emet get tickled.

The boys played with the toys we brought up. Putting shapes into shaped holes is a favorite.

 Rachel brought up the best bubble blower in the world. Link liked it so much she let us take it home.

The boys can fit pretty well into one lap, for now.
