Links job

Link's job is pre-school. With all of those kids and emotions, it can be hard work.

For the 2015-2016 school year Link attended the JCC 2s program 3 days per week 9am-1pm. Link had three teachers Lana, Nedka, and Rakhi who watched 12-15 students.

He was always excited to goto preschool, espcially on Fridays when they celebrate Shabbat with songs and fresh challah. In May Link was the Shabbat helper and he got to sit in front with his family and help pass out the challah. Except he doesn't usually do much sitting during Shabbat. The teachers let him do his own thing, but he has to be sitting when the challah comes around.

One of the best parts of the JCC is access to their facilities. They went to the gym every Wednesday with Coach Daniel.

Ye, that's Link -  the only kiddo standing.

They also have a fabulous outside play area

Everyone takes turns dropping Link off at preschool. See those white posts? Yeah, they're expensive.

Link made some friends, but mostly played himself. His birthday is the very end of the school year, so he's the youngest in the class. This is Link's friend Conner.

Passover party. Parents were invited to help and attend holiday and end of year parties. It was a bit hectic in the classroom, but great to see the kids excited to show us their classroom.

One big difference between the beginning and end of the year can be marked by the bouncy house. The JCC has family activities (including food trucks!) in the town square on Fridays. There's always a bouncy house, which Link was afraid of all year. His second to last week he decided he was ready to try it out. We can no longer walk past bouncy houses without a 30 minute detour.

The board posted their daily activities. We're sad to see the school year end! Teacher Lana ran a great classroom.
