Lex at 10 months

Our little baby is almost a toddler!

Lex at 10 months

• 4 teeth, with a 5th ready to break through
• Movement
• Can sit up independently
• Almost crawling. Can move, can get up on all fours. usually moves on all 3s.

• Eating
• Loves puffs and cereal
• Plays with small bits of food, about 15% get in his mouth. 
• Pincher grasp is a work in progress
• Enjoys 1-2 jars of baby purees per meal. Fruit is his favorite. 
• Love breastmilk and formula, about 4 times per day of 4-7 ounces
• Does not enjoy vegetable puree unless there's fruit mixed in
• Teeth
• 4.5 teeth! He's a drool bucket. 
• Talking
• Happy squacker. Sometimes sounds like an enthusiastic dying bird. 
• Babbles 
• Grabs your hand/arm for attention
• Sleeping
• Five stars! Usually. 
• 2 naps per day, about 1 hour in morning and 2 hours in afternoon. Except if Mom's home, in which case there are no naps. 
• Sleeps 8pm-7am, but requires lots of mommy time to fall asleep. Possibly related to mommy reading a good kindle book. 
• Rarely sleeps in stroller or car
• Playing
• Lex enjoys toys he can chew on, but not chew toys. Favorites are the large legos, link's cars, sound makers, and spoons. 
• Lex enjoys watching Link, or watching adults 
• Lex enjoys the baby swing at playgrounds
• Lex is pretty happy in the stroller, but never falls asleep
• Clothing
• 1 year clothing, maybe even 18 months
