3...2....1 Go

Mario Kart is now officially part of our daily routine. Link absolutely loves playing, and playing with him is a blast. Lex likes to play too, but he doesn't know how yet so we just give him an old controller so he thinks he's playing.

It all started a few months ago when I started telling Link stories about Mario Kart. He loved stories with his favorite nintendo characters and eventually he wanted to play. So we broke out the Wii.

Eventually he asked if he could play as Link. Unfortunately Link isn't in the Wii Mario Kart, so we had to get a Nintendo Switch. The Switch has been a huge upgrade. Link no longer comes in last place every time, and the wireless controllers are much easier to use.

Link is already asking if he can start playing Zelda. We're pretty excited.
