That means Link gets to watch TV in my bed while I put Lex to sleep. Last night he watched 30 minutes of minions. I knew Link was getting addicted to screen time, but I didn't realize how bad it was until he asked me out of the blue at bed time "Mommy, can I have a TV in my room?"
confession: I lied to him in this video. My parents gave me a TV/VCR for me room on my 10th birthday. It was white. I'm not still bitter than Jennifer got one at the same time.

because i'm too lazy to edit these clips, there's a few extra minutes of what happens in Link's bed after I leave the room. You'll hear "mommy, I have to tell you something" a few minutes in. This is Link's regular routine and stall tactic. If I return, he will usually tell me something that happened at school. Sometimes he'll even ask "mommy, tell me about your day"
This morning while I was making breakfast Link found the hidden and dreaded popper. My grandmother gave one to me when I was little, and my mom hated it. My dad decided it would be a great idea to get one for our boys. It lives in the back of a closet. Link found it, and gave it to Lex. Lex loves it.
Sometimes Link goes to check on Lex when he is crying in his crib
Meanwhile, lex decided to use my car daytime running light as his canvas for pink chalk
Watch Lex draw on mom's car
While I'm setup to share videos, I'll share several from the last month:
Here's a video of Link singing in bed at night
Here's Link saying he wants to move to Santa Monica
Here's Link saying who he wants in his family photo at school (spoiler, it's Aunt Jenn first then he lists several family members, which are cut off. Sorry!)
